Born To Ride, Inc. announced today it will be expanding its operations to the Washington, DC biker community. Based in Chantilly, the new magazine will be available throughout northern Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, and will be published and operated by new owner Kalani Matthews.  Phil Peterson’s Key West Poker Run started some 41 years ago as just an idea to drum up some business during a normally slow time of year for his motorcycle business in Miami and Key West.
