PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- A bipartisan bill introduced today by U.S. Sens. Published on March 7, 2014 under Born To Ride
PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- New regulations unveiled March 3 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency include two key provisions that help protect motorcyclists and all-terrain vehicle owners from damaging their engines and possibly voiding manufacturers' warranties, the American Motorcyclist Association reports. The EPA adopted E10 -- a fuel containing up to 10 percent ethanol by volume -- as its standard test fuel, beginning in 2017. The pro-ethanol industry had pressed for adoption of E15 as the standard test fuel. The AMA submitted comments to the EPA to oppose the E15 standard in June 2013. Also, the agency refused to grant a…

Standardized Method Can Benefit Consumers IRVINE, Calif., Mar. 03, 2014 – SAE International, recognized worldwide for developing motor vehicle standards, has adopted a new top speed test based on the protocol developed by the Motorcycle Industry Council’s Electric Vehicle Subcommittee. REVIEW: ENTROSYS BIKEAIR MOTORCYCLE A/C SYSTEM

Published on February 11, 2014 under Born To Ride
By Noel McKeegan  February 10, 2014 As someone who likes to have my skin wrapped around my body rather than smeared up and down the highway, I cringe every time I see a motorcyclist cruise past without suitable protective gear on. There is an (albeit still completely flawed) rationale behind this, though – leather jackets, boots, gloves and scrape-resistant pants are hot, heavy and uncomfortable. All of this leaves motorcyclists in an unfortunate predicament because when the weather is at its best, the inclination to pull on protective gear is at its lowest. The EntroSys BikeAir motorcycle A/C system is…
