Is Your Motorcycle Fuel Tank Rusty?
Craig Can Fix It! The heart and soul of your bike is the fuel tank. Originally, the tank was new and clean, but over the years that all has changed. If you are tired of cleaning carburetors or think you need a new tank because yours is too rusty or it leaks, I have the solution. We clean tanks and preserve the metal – even permanently stop leaks! Boaterz ‘n Bikerz of America Unleash the Dragon’s Roar
Boaterz ‘n Bikerz of America Unleash the Dragon’s Roar By Wanda Kenton Smith   In May, a group of 36 boating industry execs and friends gathered from eight states in the Great Smoky Mountains to celebrate our love of boating and motorcycling as part of the fifth annual Hull of a Tour series, with this year’s theme aptly dubbed the “Dragon’s Roar.”   The week-long adventure followed four previous national events including the original Hull of a Tour, a 3,000-mile cross-country ride from Florida to California; the Freedom Ride, from Florida to Washington DC including participation in Rolling Thunder; Pacific…

Forty Years of The Wall
Brit Floyd ... Forty Years of The Wall Ruth Eckerd Hall By Night Train 6-24-2019 About two months ago I was surfing Facebook for future events. I came across a concert promoted by my absolute favorite concert venue in Clearwater, FL—Ruth Eckerd Hall. A Pink Floyd tribute band named “Brit Floyd,” I knew nothing of. Being the Pink Floyd snob that I am, I kind of chuckled at the concept there was a group of musicians out there with the audacity of doing Pink Floyd covers. How dare they?! There is no way I thought anyone can compare or play…

JP’s Ramblin’ On 07-19
Summertime is Here As it usually happens, this all started in the beginning. Yes, as we were beginning our Mother’s Day ride to the N. GA mountains, when much to my surprise, we encountered a flat tire while roaring up Interstate 85 just south of the Pleasant Hill Road exit. Needless to say, that situation wasn’t too pleasant. We had to get towed home. Thanks to my HOG membership, and nearby EZ Motorcycle Towing Company, that situation turned out to be painless.   The following days while at the service department of Hellbender Harley-Davidson, because of circumstances, I found out…

Dothan Harley-Davidson – It’s more than a Harley Dealership!
Dothan Harley-Davidson – It’s more than a Harley Dealership! I was so honored to have been asked to write this story about Dutch and Bill Holland, owners of the popular Harley-Davidson dealership in Dothan, Alabama. If you’ve never heard of this dealership and the outstanding family that runs it, sit back, and enjoy the following story! Dutch Holland started this dealership back in 1972 when Dothan, Alabama, did not have a Harley dealership. Dutch was just getting out of the military and decided to try his luck at becoming a Harley dealer in Dothan. “I had always been a two-wheeled…

Women’s World 07-03-19
Women’s World By Myra McElhaney Highrise Harley After spending most of my life on the back of someone else’s bike; I got my license and bought a bike at the ripe old age of 59. When my husband died, I missed him, and I missed riding with him. One of those things I could change! Learning to ride had to be easier than finding another good husband with a bike! At first, I just wanted to learn to ride. I didn’t know if I’d ever get a bike of my own. I just couldn’t see how it would fit into…

Hey there Biker Family! I’m Wendy LaForce, Sun Coast District Coordinator for Stilettos on Steel Female Riders Group and Born To Ride/Women’s World Public Relations/Good Will Ambassador. Here’s My Harley Story. I’ll be celebrating my 5th year of riding coming up in September. I completed my motorcycle endorsement class at Jim’s Harley-Davidson in May of 2014 without ever riding a motorcycle before. I saved my pennies for a few months and bought a 2003 HD Hugger Anniversary Sportster. I was fortunate enough to have some amazing friends that helped me learn how to ride. Special thanks to Lynne Kottke for…
