Here is a nice self-guided back road ride through Polk County, starting in Fort Meade and stopping at Roscoe’s Ole Time Drag Races and Swap Meet, then heading over to Fun Bike Center Motorsports and MoJo’s restaurant in Lakeland. Heading out of Fort Meade, you will take what are known as the mining roads up to Bartow.
