PICKERINGTON, Ohio - Due to unseasonably warm temperatures, the 2017 AMA Ice Race Grand Championship scheduled for Feb. 24-26 in Cadillac, Mich., has been canceled and will not be rescheduled. "We are sorry to have to make this decision, but the weather left us no alternative," said AMA Track Racing Manager Ken Saillant. U.S. Trade Representative's Plan Would Harm U.S. Consumers   WASHINGTON, DC -- A proposed 100 percent tariff on European motorcycles would harm U.S. consumers by pricing affected models beyond the reach of American families, American Motorcyclist Association President and CEO Rob Dingman told a federal trade committee today. Dingman said motorcycles should be removed from the list of products included in the proposed tariff. PICKERINGTON, Ohio - Due to weather conditions, the 2017 AMA Ice Race Grand Championship scheduled for Feb. 17-19 in Cadillac, Mich., has been rescheduled to Feb. 24-26. Warmer than normal temperatures in northern Michigan have made racing conditions questionable. The AMA Ice Race Grand Championship has been rescheduled for the following weekend at the same location.
