American Motorcyclist Association Highlights May as Motorcycle Awareness Month

PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- The American Motorcyclist Association is issuing a special appeal to motorists to be especially aware of motorcycles during May, which is Motorcycle Awareness Month and marks the seasonal return of motorcyclists to the roadways in much of the country. Wintercycle Therapy 2018

Wintercycle Therapy 2018 took place recently at the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum with more than 2,000 visitors and nearly 200 vintage and classic motorcycles on display. The event featured motorcycles, food and lots of vendors. Included were road racers, trials, motocross, and cruisers. Highlights of the annual show were a 1937 Scott "Flying Squirrel," a running 1911 Indian, several land-speed record holders and the 1907 Curtiss V-8 motorcycle that made Glenn Curtiss a world speed record holder at 136.4 mph in 1907. Sonny’s BBQ Zephyrhills I’ve always enjoyed Sonny’s for their fair prices and consistently great food. They are also known for having a terrific salad bar, (something many other places have discontinued). Inside, we saw a very inviting bar area, with seating at the bar and tables.
