The 4th Annual Cars & Couture Presents: “Motorfest Weekend” to Feature a Multi Million Dollar Car Display, November 7-9, 2014 St.Petersburg, FL (September 2014) – For the first time, Cars & Couture will be part of the Motorfest Weekend, November 7th-9th and will help raise funds for Autism Speaks and Wheels of Success.The three day event kicks off with Cars & Couture, known for its luxurious exotic car display and couture fashion show. This year, the event will take place at the breath-taking Mansion on the Bay. Inside the Mansion grounds guests will experience a lavish reception, featuring the $1.2 Million McLaren P1 as well several other exotic automobiles, a silent auction, fine wine and cigars, live music, and an extravagant couture fashion show. Day two is filled with action packed fun at the Showtime Speedway; the Track Challenge will feature an autocross event for those looking to test their driving skills and a drag strip event for those seeking to show just how fast their ride will go. The day also includes music, food, contests, vendors, ride a-longs, and a charity car presentation by Wheels of Success.
The Motorfest continues on Sunday, November 9th with the 12th Annual Vintage Motor Classic at the St.Petersburg Yacht Club. The premium classic car show takes place on the beautiful waterfront lawn set under the trees and presents over 300 pre-1980 show vehicles. At 3pm, St.Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman will commence the award presentation.
Admission to Cars & Couture’s exotic car and fashion show is $80 per person (must be 21 or older). Tickets for Day two; the Speedway Track Challenge are $20 at the door for spectators and just $55 for drivers to test their skills. Day three is free for spectators and $25 in advance for drivers of pre-1980 vehicles who wish to participate in the Vintage Motor Classic.
