Ho, Ho, Frickin’ Ho! How Do You Choose To Spend The Rest Of Your Days?
Hello everybody and welcome to the last month of 2021. I know a lot of people out there are saying, “It’s about time!” so we can try to move forward into a whole new year and a possible whole new outlook on where we are going. But as always, I may be here to burst those bubbles by letting you know that according to the news, we are looking at a new variant in this pandemic situation. With this new information, there’s always the possibility of a whole replay of 2020 and wondering what freedoms we will lose this time.
I personally am going to try and fit in everything I possibly can before anything like that may happen. I would highly advise others to do the same. I’m going to try to ride more, participate in more events, and try to live my life to the best of my ability.
So on with December. Another month with holidays and our new year approaches. Let’s try to keep in mind that this month is supposed to be a peace on earth, goodwill toward men type of mindset. Instead, we get to watch the news again with those people out there that love to show their ignorance by fighting for items in stores that they don’t even own yet. I still don’t understand why people look at shopping and at acquiring material things that has become such a contest between each other.
I was told by some that they are more aggressive at holidays, to find what their loved ones want all the way to the point of coming to blows to make sure they get it. Hey, here’s a clue for ya. Don’t wait until the last minute to acquire your gifting ideas. It’s sort of like the excuse of why you drive like an ass is because your running late. Ummm, who’s fault is that? Oh never mind, another excuse. As I was told, a lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part. Think about that.
While you ponder the above junk, think of this. How do you want to spend the rest of your days above ground? What do you want to do with your life? Well, all I gotta say about that is, ya better figure it out quick. Time is running out. Money’s nice to have, but it does you no good when you are put in a box. Get out there and live a little. Do it before it’s too late, before your health fails you, people fail you, or the world fails you. Get on it before you become just another guy at the bar bitching about your lack of life.
