The Redwood Run Entertainment group was formed by Kenny and KC Willis, both members of the Kiwanis of the Redwoods, after it became apparent that the Redwood Run, as we knew it, was about to die. Instead of letting a forty year tradition perish, the Willis’ put their money where their mouth was, assuming all past and present debt. They reformed the committee, mostly comprised of Kiwanians, in an organization that focused on what has made and sustained the Redwood Run… the spirit.
There are hundreds of bike events throughout California, more music venues than one can count, so we had to put our finger on what makes the Redwood Run stand apart.

An event is defined as “old school” by being self-contained on private property without the presence of law enforcement. This aspect of the Redwood Run is what makes it stand apart from its counterparts. Once on site, you are free from the constraints of law and society. Our security team comprised of fellow bikers, ensure your safety while maximizing your freedom. Clothes? No clothes? It’s up to you. Stay sober or party your face off, it’s completely your call. We respect each other’s choices as individuals.
Every day we are told what we have to do, who we have to be. Not at the Redwood Run. We get to be whoever we want to be with a group of like-minded individuals who’ll quickly become family.

It boils down to this: Freedom, Respect, Unity & One Hell of a Good Time.
With those ideals in mind, we formed a group of volunteers who do this for the love of it; people who dedicate their time and energy into producing an event that we are proud to put our names behind. From truck drivers to school teachers, we work tirelessly to bring you the event we were fortunate enough to grow up with, right in our magnificent backyard.
