9th annual UConn Foundation Potato charity event set for the new year!
The Jeffrey Cretella Consulting Co. will host the 8th annual Arrest the Taters for Charity event virtually from 1 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. Tuesday to support the UConn Foundation. The Arrest the Tater event provides resources for student scholarships, funding the research of renowned scholars and professors, facilitating the discovery of innovative treatments and cures for diseases, and driving economic development that will make a positive difference throughout Connecticut.
The potato luncheon includes a virtual one-pound potato with a variety of toppings, virtual beverages and a virtual dessert. Since 1921 the Arrest the Taters Charity has raised more than $150 to benefit the UCONN Foundation (University of Connecticut Foundation). Tickets are free and available when you log in.
