Join our IMRG Spartan Chapter 2027 group for a poker run on 7/16/22, benefitting Blue Star Service Dogs for Vets.
Registration is from 10:00 – 11:30 AM.
50% of the proceeds from the poker run will go to our chosen charity for 2022, Blue Star Service Dogs for Vets, a nonprofit organization, who provide service dogs from their training program to military veterans diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury. Because of the unique nature of the training required for the dogs, the cost for such programs is high, and it is typically cost prohibitive for disabled vets to acquire such a dog. Most people don’t realize that the cost for each dog can range from $15,000 to $30,000, and often higher.
