The 1st ANNUAL Sausage Gravy & Biscuit Cook OFF
is a Fundraiser for all of our Monroe County First Responders, our goal is to raise $5,000.00 to be equally divided with all First Responder organizations to be used as they see fit.
The First Responders are our first line of defense and we the people of Monroe County Ga. have not and will not turn our backs on them nor will we stand for defunding any of our so needed First Responder organizations.
It our responsibility to see to it that our heroic men and women are the best trained and have the best equipment and are the best equipped to do the job that you and I can not or will not do, This fundraiser is for them it is our way of saying thank you for doing your job in protecting and saving lives God Bless You All!!!
This is a Competition to see who can make the best sausage gravy or buttermilk biscuits, tickets will be sold at $6.10 a plate in advance or $10.00 at the door, the general public is invited and encouraged to help support our First Responders.
A motorcycle ride will follow at 11:30am escorted by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Dept. a $5.00 fee for all riders & $5.00 for all passengers come eat a great breakfast, lets have fun and support our Hero’s
