Mountain View, Calif. (February 14, 2019) – Ducati North America has opened its newest dealership in the United States, with a grand opening gala last night in Florida, coinciding with their cross-country “Ready For Red” tour. The stop at Ducati Sanford in the Orlando area proved cause for celebration, with Ducati North America CEO Jason Chinnock in attendance to unveil the new flagship Panigale V4 R superbike and the 2019 line-up to enthralled audiences of clients and VIPs.

“Florida has always been an important place for the motorcycling community, with both year-round riding weather and beautiful rural roads just begging to be explored,” said Jason Chinnock, Chief Executive Officer of Ducati North America. “It only makes sense that we should embrace the Sunshine State by partnering with a new dealership that will deliver an exclusive Ducati experience where long-time clients can gather along with new Ducatisti and have access to the diversity of motorcycles we now offer, alongside an unparalleled premium customer service.”

Ducati Sanford is the newest exclusive Ducati dealership and is located at 3710 W 1st Street, Suite 3, Sanford, Florida, 32771. From this strategic spot in Central Florida, Ducati Sanford is able to serve both the growing motorcycle communities of Northern Orlando and Daytona Beach, which are tourist meccas for summer and winter travel, as well as a populous year-round-resident community. Ducati Sanford also features a state-of-the-art dedicated Ducati Service Center with Factory-Certified Master Technicians, as well as amenities including VIP concierge pickup and delivery.

In addition to the unveiling of the Panigale V4 R, Ducati also brought their entire new 2019 lineup, marking the first Florida stop of the 17-city “Ready For Red” tour. The new models include the incredible Diavel 1260 – the first new Diavel since its debut in 2010 – that now packs a new 1262 cc engine and muscular styling which has proven to be a Florida favorite. Motorcycles representing each of the Ducati Worlds, ranging from Racetrack, Travel, Lifestyle and Scrambler to Sport & Fun, were all showcased throughout the night.

“We wanted to create an exclusive space for the Ducati riding community here in Central Florida and found Sanford to be the perfect location,” said Nate Stickney, dealer principal of Ducati Sanford. “The proximity to I-4 and the overall growth in this area has been amazing for shopping and entertainment. We’re extremely honored to have the opportunity and want to do a great job for Ducati and the customers.”
