TWELFTH PLACE FOR DENNIS FOGGIA AT BRNO_MOTO3
The young rookie of the Sky Racing Team VR46 impresses in the leading group, 19th Nicolò Bulega.
Brno (Czech Republic), August 5, 2018 – Dennis Foggia closes the GP of the Czech Republic, on the historic Brno track, as a protagonist. Started from the 13th box of the grid, the rider of the Sky Racing Team VR46 immediately was into the group of the strongest guys and, overtaking after overtaking, reaches the head of the race. In first position for several laps, he is forced to give up some places in the final lap and crosses the finishing line in 12th place with a gap of only 2.3 seconds to the podium.
Sunday more complicated instead for Nicolò Bulega started from the back of the grid. For a race contact, he immediately lost the fastest guys and was no longer able to recover positions. It is 19th under the checkered flag.
Dennis did a great race: he took full advantage of the position on the grid, immediately he was with the first guys till the head of the race. He made a lot of experience because riding with the fastest riders gives the way to take many parameters and he closed the race conquering other points. For Nicolò this Sunday was a bit more difficult. Started from the back of the lineup, a contact in the first laps made his race even more complicated.

It was not an easy race, immediately after the start, on the second lap, I was forced to exit the track and I have touched another rider. I’m sorry, but with these temperatures, I was really struggling to stop the bike. I tried to do my best but, once in the group, I was not able to ride as I wanted and follow my lines. We have to keep working on the chassis to get closer.
Nicolo Bulega
I am very happy with today’s race, even if I am sorry to have lost some positions in the final laps. Being at the head of the race, in the group of the strongest guys, for many laps is definitely a very positive result. I managed to ride as I wanted, the team and the mechanics did a great job to give me this setup available and I was able to express myself.
