Smoky Mountain Harley Owners Group is co-hosting our 2nd Annual Car and Bike Show
On Sept. 29, Smoky Mountain Harley Owners Group is co-hosting our 2nd Annual Car & Bike Show with WNC Wheels, a local car club. The main goal of the event is for us (Smoky Mountain H.O.G.) to raise funds in support of the Smoky Mountain Toy Run, which is a major contributor to Eblen Charities St. Nicholas Project. Last year, Smoky Mountain H.O.G. donated more than 150 bicycles to the cause for disadvantaged children. We have set a goal for ourselves of 200-250 bicycles this year.

Because the show is a charity and community-focused event, we would be pleased to have Born to Ride as a business sponsor. We expect between 300 and 500 people at the show. At the same time, we will be promoting the show and our sponsors through social media.
We are offering two levels of sponsorship: Major Event Sponsor for a minimum donation of $250 and Event Sponsor for a minimum donation of $50. As a Major Event Sponsor, you will be able to set up a table in our Sponsor Area for your marketing materials; be publicly acknowledged as a sponsor during the show, and your lunch that day is on us. Additionally, you will be acknowledged on our event Facebook page as a Major Event Sponsor, where we will display your business logo, business name and contact information for a year.
As an Event Sponsor, you will have space on a common sponsor table for your marketing material; be publicly acknowledged during the show, and your lunch is still on us! We will list your business name and contact information also for a year on our event Facebook page.
We are looking to make this year’s show the biggest and best yet, and meet our charity goal in the process! Your help in making that happen would be invaluable. In return for your support, we want to give your magazine wider exposure.
