GOOD START FOR THE SKY RACING TEAM VR46 IN JEREZ

Jerez de la Frontera, February 14, 2018 – The season opens positively for the Sky Racing Team VR46 at the end of a three-day of IRTA test in Jerez de la Frontera. At the first official event of 2018, with the record of the track beaten in both categories, good feelings for Bagnaia and Marini in Moto2 and Bulega and Foggia in Moto3.

In the intermediate class, debut on the track for the new 2018 Kalex package and the Ohlins suspension with Pecco and Luca immediately close to the strongest guys. Competitive in all sessions and really consistent in the race simulation of this morning they have ended respectively in the second (1.41.260) and seventh (1.42.014) place in the combined standings.

A different approach, instead in Moto3, where Nicolò, back after the injury of last November, has started to gain confidence with his KTM. With a best lap time of 1.46.133 is 9th. 2018 debut for Dennis, rookie in the Championship this season, with a good 1.45.943, 4th overall.
