Our Changing Industry, a Millennial Round Table

Earlier this year a group of young industry professionals got together in Austin to talk about the challenges they face each day making a living in today’s motorcycle industry. There were about 30 people representing builders, OEM motorcycle manufacturers, aftermarket companies, promoters, media and more. The conversation was very sincere and intense. As the discussions developed so did the suggestions for different directions the industry might go in or should at least consider. The round table panel will include an elite cross section of Gen X and Gen Y motorcycle professionals including:

Jason Paul Michaels / Standard Motorcycle Co / builder, innovator

Chris Callen / Cycle Source Magazine / founder, chief editor

Kevin Dunworth / Loaded Gun Customs / builder, emcee

Tim Harney / Tim Harney Motorcycles / builder, community activist

Leticia Cline / Iron Lilies / spokesperson, model

Heather Callen / Cycle Source Magazine / promoter, organizer

Sara Lahalih / Royal Enfield Motorcycles / trainer, safety coordinator

Aaron Whitney / Biker’s Choice / segment director

Charlie Hadayia Jr / Tucker Rocky / product and business development

Casy Potter / Bell Helmets / marketing and research

David Zemla / S&S / marketing and brand awareness

A round table presentation moderated by Bob Kay will be held Friday October 14th 3:00 pm at AIMExpo in the Riders Garage. There will be a 1 hour panel discussion and plenty of time for questions. This presentation not only promises to be enlightening but will also provide valuable information on the traits of the millennial generation, your customers. It is a must attend for dealers, legislative activists, aftermarket companies and OEM manufacturers alike.
