American Legion Riders Chapter 237’s Record $7,722 Poker Run Donation to Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast Brings 6-Year Total to $40,400
Following its 6th Annual Poker Run held January 30, 2016, American Legion Riders Chapter 237 in Beverly Hills recently donated the record-breaking $7,722 proceeds to Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. Surrounding them are members of American Legion Riders Chapter 237, Auxiliary Unit 237 and American Legion Post 237. “It was our most successful event in the 6-year history,” explained John Roby, pointing out that the total money raised in 6 years is now $40,400. “Thank you to our community for all their support,” he said. Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, licensed 1985, provides compassionate end-of-life services to patients and their families in North Central Florida.
