Rock Artists ‘Within Reason’ and ‘The Whiskey Dix’ to Perform at Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach
March 19, 2015—Panama City Beach, FL— Can you say “Free Rock Concert?” Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach proudly brings a brand new event to Bay County: THE Bike Night at Harley-Davidson. Taking place the third Thursday of every month from March through October, the event happens in the dealership’s west pavilion lot (14700 PC Beach Parkway, one mile east of Pier Park) from 5 to 9 PM, and the store will be open during the entire event. Thursday, March 19 is the first Bike Night.
“Harley-Davidson has wanted to put on a bike night in this region ever since opening its doors nearly two years ago, April of 2013,” said General Manager Randy Welter. The organization is working with Sanger Events & Promotions in producing THE Bike Night as well as other biker events to occur later in the year. The concept is simple: It’s a Biker Bash every month with bike contests, local live talent on the Harley Stage, lots of good food and cold beer, beautiful Harley Girls, merchandise specials, and family fun at every turn. THE Bike Night is a place for people to gather, connect, share laughs and have a great time. Everyone is welcome, whether on bikes, in cars, trucks, or walk-ins. The event is free of charge.
On March 19, THE Bike Night kicks off with two talented bands, Within Reason and The Whiskey Dix. Birmingham-based Within Reason has made a name for themselves on the rock circuit and building a strong fan base around the country. A giant on the Active Rock charts, the band has a new single coming out on national radio next Tuesday, “Here Comes the Light,” a follow up to last year’s single hit “Enemy” (charted at #44 on the Active Rock charts). The Whiskey Dix, also based in Birmingham, is a two-man acoustic show that blends music and improv comedy – no two shows are alike!
