PICKERINGTON, Ohio — Now, for those times when two wheels aren’t enough, American Motorcyclist Association members can save on Hertz vehicle rentals, thanks to a new member-benefit package.
“Whether it’s a business trip, a need to accommodate several passengers or just those times the cargo capacity of a bike won’t do, a car or SUV can come in handy,” said AMA Vice President of Operations Jeff Massey. “Now, thanks to a new benefit package we’ve negotiated with Hertz, AMA members can get short- or long-term rentals for less.”

The AMA member discount program offers year-round savings of up to 25 percent on daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly rentals, and can be combined with value-added promotional offers for even greater savings.

“We’re pleased to provide AMA members with savings on Hertz rentals,” said John Fulginiti, Hertz National Account Manager, Associations and Memberships. “AMA members are some of the most capable road users, and it’s our pleasure to make it easier for them to get behind the wheel when they have to leave the bike in the garage.”

AMA members also receive free enrollment in the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards program, which allows them to bypass the Hertz rental counter, receive vehicle updates or select an upgrade on their phone, enjoy expedited drop-off, and earn points toward free rental days.

To access this valuable member benefit, AMA members are encouraged visit the Members Only section of www.americanmotorcyclist.com for the exclusive discount code.

Non-AMA members can join the AMA, the world’s largest motorcycle rights advocacy group and amateur motorsports sanctioning body, and take advantage of this and other money-saving benefits at www.amajoin.com.
