CORBIN INTRODUCES TWO NEW SADDLES FOR 2014 YAMAHA FZ-09
Hollister, CA-Corbin introduces two new saddles for the 2014 Yamaha FZ-09…the Gunfighter for solo riding and the Gunfighter & Lady for comfortable two-up riding. Both saddles provide the perfect blend of rider comfort and custom styling. For a solo look, the Gunfighter tail section is shaped to emulate the lines of the bodywork with a fastback tail section. On the inside, the tail is padded and upholstered to provide for short trip passenger capability. Although the shaping of the tail is designed primarily for looks, the Comfort Cell foam still provides a good perch for your copilot on short to medium length trips.
Gunfighter & Lady seat provides total comfort for you and a passenger on the FZ-09. The sculpted riding positions disperse body weight across a greater area so you enjoy mile after mile of comfort. Neutralized seating platform curbs the tendency to slide towards the tank under braking which will help to reduce fatigue.
For even greater passenger comfort, Gunfighter & Lady accepts Corbin’s optional removable backrest which adjusts to provide a tailored fit to co-pilot’s posture. Simple to install with just a single bolt, the Corbin backrest is the most refined system available for your bike. Designed to support your passenger for the long haul and provide a nice feeling of security. Available in a range of styles to suit your taste (#02-S shown). Ovalbac models have rear finishing plate options for a more custom touch.
Corbin’s patented molding and manufacturing process provides a precision fit to the tank and tail section while the whole saddle rides on rubber bumpers to protect the bike’s paint. Inside, Corbin’s exclusive Comfort Cell foam is used for firm support that lasts. Corbin saddles give a sporty, custom look yet still provide sport touring class comfort and ergonomic support.
Leather seating panels are included along with a range of color and material options. (Shown with Carbon-Fiber leather seating along with Asphalt vinyl side panels for subtle contrasting touch) Leather gives you an excellent seating surface that breathes with your body and will conform with the foam shape during break in for a personalized fit to your posterior. If you’re looking to add a little storage space to your bike, how ’bout that cool glovebox for the rear of your Ovalbac backrest (#02-SB & 297 models only). Designed to carry four liters of your essential stuff like cell phones, spare gloves, bottled water, maps and sunglasses, it’s constructed of durable ABS and available in unfinished black or prepainted gloss black for a little extra. Comes fully lined and weather stripped with two keys.
Both saddles install just like stock and integrate with the factory key lock. Includes all required brackets premounted on the saddle so it’s ready for immediate installation.
