MGS High Performance mufflers provide proven performance for complete universal fitment of ALL 1995 to 2013 Harley-Davidson FL Touring models (except for 2007). MGS Customs Slip-Ons come complete with all necessary mounting hardware and are designed to work with OEM headers and heat shields…Installation is fast and easy! MSRP: $579.00. Made of 16-gauge steel with a show quality chrome finish and massive 4-inch mufflers with a billet tip that produces a deep, rich rumble, this exhaust has been Dyno-developed by MGS to produce more horsepower and torque than the competition.
