WestWorld of Scottsdale - Arizona Bike Week

Arizona Bike Week 2019
April 3-7

Whether you’re a first-time attendee or long-time veteran, Arizona Bike Week promises to deliver a rally like you’ve never seen before.  ABW is a growing event and each year brings more parties, activities and attractions. If you enjoy carving out your own path, Arizona’s amazing spring weather and scenic desert and mountain roads make for some of the best riding in the country. If you prefer organized runs, there are daily charity rides that offer the opportunity to meet some fun people or connect with old friends, all while supporting a great cause. Arizona Bike Week is located at WestWorld, a pristine 360-acre special event site, complete with abundant tent and RV campgrounds, in beautiful north Scottsdale. You’ll find hundreds of vendors, builders, dealers and manufacturers, offering all the best elements of the motorcycle world. Plus stunt shows, contests, daily live entertainment, bike shows, flat track racing, and nightly concerts.  This year’s incredible line-up features Godsmack, 3 Doors Down, George Thorogood and the Destroyers, and Buckcherry.  All of this (even the concerts!) is included with your five-day event pass, for just $63, if you purchases before March 3rd. Single day passes are also available. For more details, go to

A: Yes! Your daily or 5-day event pass gets you in to all of the events at WestWorld including concerts.

Q: Are children allowed?

A: Yes, it is an all ages event and children 12 and under are free!

Q: Are there parking fees?

A: WestWorld charges $5 for car parking, motorcycle parking is free.

Q: Why is bike week sometimes scheduled the same week as Country Thunder?

A: Our dates are chosen by a process of elimination. The following weekend is Easter. We don’t want to interfere with folk’s plans with their families. The prior weekend is the end of Spring training. Coinciding with spring training creates a couple of issues. First, there’s the lack of available lodging for our out of town attendees. But more importantly, all the additional traffic from the snowbirds being in town for baseball increases the safety concerns for riders. Moving our dates any later in April would get to be too hot. In a perfect world, we would choose a weekend that doesn’t conflict with anything but the reality is that it’s just not possible.

Q: Can I reserve the campsite that I had in 2018?

A: We’ll be opening up RV camping in October. If you reserved an RV site with us at the 2018 event, we will send you an email which will allow you to rebook the same space for the 2019 event before we make it available to the general public.

Q: I heard that club colors are not allowed at WestWorld this year, could you confirm if this is true or not?

A: Someone starts this rumor every year, it is not true. Everyone is welcome at Arizona Bike Week.

Q: Can the ticket attendants scan the ticket barcode on my phone?

A: Some phones will scan, some won’t, they all slow down the entry process. YOU SHOULD PRINT THE TICKETS! If the scanners can’t read the barcode on your phone the ticket attendant will have to send you back to the ticket booth to have your ticket printed.

Q: Are there any good/affordable hotels are near WestWorld?

A: The list of Arizona Bike Week official hotels can be found HERE. All are close to WestWorld and have special rates for ABW guests.

Q: I don’t want to miss any events during bike week, can I get a complete schedule of events?

A: We place events on the Event Listing page on the website as soon as we have them finalized. Check the website often for the most current updates. The “Guide to Ride”, our printed booklet will be available in early March at most dealers and biker friendly establishments in the Phoenix area.

Q: Where is the Legends Pavilion?

A: Legends Pavilion is located in the large expo hall on site at WestWorld
16601 North Pima Road
