ASI Provides Boy Scouts of America with First-Ever All-Terrain Vehicle Training Sessions at Event IRVINE, Calif., July 31, 2013 – The ATV Safety Institute introduced 311 Boy Scouts to the positive experience of riding all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) at the 2013 National Scout Jamboree at Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve in Piney View, WV.
